PURPOSE:To accurately manufacture a piezoelectric element and an auxiliary member having desired width and interval without applying a large load to a cutter of a dicing saw. CONSTITUTION:A lumplike intermediate member 12 is connected to a lumplike piezoelectric material 13. First, the member 12 is cut in desired width and interval by using a dicing saw 11 to obtain an intermediate member 15. Then, the material 13 is notched to a pectinated state to match a width of the member 15 by using the saw 11 to obtain a piezoelectric element. |
