<p>PURPOSE:To provide a state setting circuit which can perform adjustment setting by communication in a manufacture process by holding state data stored in a non-volatile memory circuit in the case of turning on a power source in a latch circuit corresponding to a control signal from a power source control circuit in a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Power is supplied from a power supply terminal 109, and a trigger signal is supplied from a power source control circuit 105 to a control circuit 103. The state data stored in a non-volatile memory circuit 101 are controlled by the control circuit 103 so as to be outputted through a control signal line 107 to a data signal line 106. Next, the control circuit 103 fetches the state data, which are outputted onto the data signal line 106, through the control signal line 107 to a latch circuit 102 and controls the data so as to output them from a state output terminal 110. Thus, a state setting circuit 1 can output the state data, which are stored in the non-volatile memory circuit 101, from the state output terminal 110 and can be operated as the state setting circuit similar to the conventional circuit.</p> |
