A water gun nozzle assembly (1) for attachment to the barrel (41) of a water gun having an egress path (43) for shooting water through a nozzle. The nozzle assembly (1) includes a nozzle head (12) with an orifice (13) for connection to an egress path (43) of a toy water gun, a support (11, 9) for the nozzle head (12), a housing (3), and a handle (31). The housing (3) is attachable to the barrel (41) of a water gun with the support (11) and nozzle head (12) located within the housing (3) and rotatably mounted therein so as to sweep left to right and vice versa, with the support (9) extending to the outside of the housing (3). The end of the support (9) which extends outside of the housing (3) is directly or indirectly connected to the handle (31). When the handle (31) is indirectly connected it may be located elsewhere on the barrel (47) or otherwise on the gun (45) and rotatably connected indirectly to the support (18) by a belt, gear, chain or other rotatable drive mechanism (26). |
