<p>A ready to assemble article of furniture has at least three flat surfaced members (10, 11, 12) to be joined by mortises (13, 14) and tenons (16, 18) of a cross-sectional size and shape enabling the members to be slidably joined. The resulting joint between the first and second members enables the second member to have two positions of use. In the first position the second member, the third member can be slidably joined connected to the first member and in the second position the third member is held in place.</p> |
