The anchor unit elastically deforms in the direction running from the head (2) to it (4) and is movable by an anchoring hole (8) in a plate (7), the anchoring force of which in the opposite direction is greater than the disturbance force of the seal. The anchoring unit (4) is collar-shaped and is slotted radially. The parts of the collar (10) sepd. by the slots have a dimension exceeding the safety cross-section in a direction crosswise to their central radius. The shaft (3) has an intended breaking point (5), the tear force of which is less than the disturbance force of the anchoring unit (4). The head (2) is formed as a plate crosswise to the shaft (3) and forms an information bearing surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - A lead seal which offers greater safety against manipulation.
