Process of simultaneous production of epoxy ethylbenzene and benzaldehyde by oxidating styrene with molecular oxygen or air in gas-liquid system arrangement, in the presence of catalyst in temperature of 80-140 degrees C, where the liquid phase is represented by 20-80% by weight of styrene solution in the solvent, characterised in that 1-5% by weight trialkyl or triaryl orthophosphate are used as catalyst.
