<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely obtain reprocessed article without chemically treating recovered plastic foam by a method wherein the reprocessed article is obtained by embossing foams, which are produced by grinding them into chips such as recovered waste packaging material and, after being heated, put in a form. CONSTITUTION:With a raw material feeding means A, raw material, which is prepared by chipping foam, is fed with a bucket 4 by every certain amount in a raw material charging means B. The raw material charging means B introduces the raw material fed with the raw material feeding means A under the condition being heated with hot air blasting from a blowing port 23 while being agitated with agitating element 22 at a thermal agitating part 21 in a form 33. The rocking arm 36 of a switching means C has an attaching and detaching head 39 for transferring the upper lid of the form between the form 33 and a setting stand, while a rocking arm 30 has a suction head for unloading a ready-made from a form. On the turn table 40 of a circulatory transferring means D, a plurality of forms 33 are disposed in row at equal intervals so as to successively and intermittently feed the forms 33 to respective working positions in order to press the raw material in the form 33 with the pressure plate of a pressure molding means.</p> |
