PURPOSE:To improve the operability to the reinput of telephone numbers and to easily deal with the system change in regard of a cellular radio telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 2 decides the key input carried out through a key pad 1 and then performs the prescribed processing. A telephone number including an additional 'distance identification number applied in a specific distance' is inputted and a '1' key is pushed in a digit key group 5 after a function key 6. Thus the 'distance identification number applied in a specific distance' is replaced with that stored in a nonvolatile memory 3. Meanwhile the 'distance identification number applied in a specific distance' is used exclusive for decision when a '2' key is pushed after the key 6 and after the input of a telephone number serving as a 'distance identification number'. Furthermore a 'distance identification number applied out of a specific distance' is stored in the memory 3 with push of a '3' key.
