<p>PURPOSE:To enable operation to be carried out without using electric power source and enable the simplification of structure to be effected. CONSTITUTION:A pressure cylinder 4 is pivotally supported between the side part of a back door 2 and the opening edge part of a body. The pressure cylinder 4 is a hydraulic cylinder, and the end part of a cylinder tube 6 is pivotally supported on the body 1 side, while the end part of a piston rod 7 is pivotally supported on the back door 2 side. A hydraulic control device 7 disposed on the body side of the body 1 is provided with an accumulator communicated with the pressure cylinder 4. An automatic closure body 15 is disposed at the free end part of the back door 2. Using oil pressure accumulated in the accumulator through the pressure cylinder 4, a latch provided at the automatic closure body 15 is driven and engaged with a striker 40.</p> |
