The heated cabinet includes a flat base (10) folded into a U-shape with upstanding side walls (11, 12) which are linked to the top outer edges of the cabinet (15, 16). There is a space between this base and an outer wall of the cabinet, allowing the circulation of air (4). Resistance heating elements with radiating fins (42) are situated in the air flow, the heating elements being in contact with a 6 mm aluminium plate (9) attached to the underside of the flat base. Holes (19) in the upper parts of the side walls allow the circulation of pulsed air across the cabinet space. USE/ADVANTAGE - Presentation of foodstuffs in heated container which is easy to clean.
