PURPOSE:To prevent the input of erroneous information and to easily and accurately record a picture and related information while relating them to each other. CONSTITUTION:Specific information which specified the object of the medical picture of a patient to be fetched by an electronic scope device 1 is inputted from a first keyboard 5. A host computer 8 is provided with a hard disk device where a data base including a patient data file, examination data file, and a disk data file is stored, and the related information corresponding to specific information is read out. The medical picture obtained by the electronic scope device 1 is recorded in a video disk recorder device 6, and the examination file which correlates the related information with the recording area of the medical picture to each other is generated and is recorded in the hard disk device. |
