PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for irradiation with ultraviolet rays for visually confirming a marking and then recover the appearance of a building by exfoliation in a certain period. CONSTITUTION:A marking liquid M which is stored in a pressure tank 12 is a solvent volatile type colored paint where a resin and a dye pigment are blended and dispersed to a solvent and a dilution agent as in a normal paint, a covering is formed on the surface of an outer wall 2 by spray paint, and then a part of a release 2a is instructed by a gay color according to color development using a dye or a pigment component. Also, a remover is contained within the resin component and the remover appears on the covering surface for the outer wall 2 due to aging for reducing adhesion property, thus resulting in exfoliation easily due to an external force such as wind. |
