PURPOSE:To obtain an optimal stereoscopic sensation, and to decrease the sense of fatigue of an observer by reducing a difference between two photographed object images having a parallax. CONSTITUTION:A stereoscopic hard endoscope 1 is provided with a rotary color filter 5 for allowing a reflected light from an object to be photographed to transmit through in plural different colors, and also, as two optical images having the parallax, and mirrors 8a, 8b and a composite prism 9 for synthesizing optically so that two color optical images which transmit through the color filter 5 pass through the same optical axis. Also, the endoscope 1 is provided with a relay optical system 10 for transferring plural color optical images passing through the prism 9, a three-color separating prism 11 for separating plural color optical images transferred by the relay optical system 10, respectively, and CCDs 12r, 12g and 12b for allowing two color optical images separated by the prism 11 to be made incident, and converting them to electric signals. The CCDs 12r, 12g and 12b are used for the left and the right, and also, pick up photographed object images of red, blue and green. |
