PURPOSE:To obtain a small and highly efficient piezoelectric motor having very simple structure wherein phase shifter is eliminated from a driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric bimorph 1 is constituted of two piezoelectric elements 2, 3 subjected to polarization and bonded while reversing the polarizing direction. Each of the piezoelectric elements 2, 3 is provided with an electrode 4. A friction member 5 is bonded to the piezoelectric element 2 at an end part thereof. |
