METHOD OF HIGH CONCENTRATED CARBON BLACK MASTER BATCH

The high concentrated carbon black master batch is prepared by (a) putting polyester resin having low melting temparature, and below 200 μm particle size and trichloroethylene or phenol as solvent at the wt. rate of 1 to 1 in a mixer, and entirely insolving the mixture; (b) adding 10-70 wt.% of carbon black having below 40 μm particle size to mixture and mixing them.
