The first spherical element (1) extends from the region of the gum. A coupling element (4) has a hollow flat for coupling to the first element, with the seat fitted with an outer spherical face. A second element (5) has a complementary configuration to that of the coupling element outer face. The second element is fitted on a removable part of the prosthesis and can be linked to the coupling element. Pref. the hollow seat is surrounded by a lip, appropriately deformable after the first element has been inserted for preventing subsequent extraction.
