Adjusted pump having an axially and angularly movable pusher- dispenser (3) exhibiting at least one joggle (35) engaging with an indexed-stop locking ramp in order to prevent or permit, as required, the pushing home of the pusher and to release it from bearing on the piston head (2). Sealing is maintained between the pusher and the piston rod in all positions and the pusher is constrained axially independently of the piston. The adjustment of the pusher on the neck of a given vessel is carried out and chosen as required during the assembly of the pump. ……
