PURPOSE:To obtain an SMC whose air is entirely removed and a method for manufacturing the SMC. CONSTITUTION:On the inside of at least a protective film 39 out of protective films 33 and 39 for coating both faces of an SMC, a porous film 350 having a large number of openings is provided. In manufacturing the SMC, air is let out through the openings of the porous film 350 by impregnating a compound W between the protective film 33 and the porous film 350 having the large number of openings. Thereafter, the other protective film 39 is arranged on the outer face of the porous film 350. |
