PURPOSE:To provide a functional health food prepared by biotechnology, having excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability, preservable over a long period and containing high-purity gamma-linolenic acid, nucleic acid, etc. CONSTITUTION:The functional health food is produced by compounding a cyclodextrin, nucleic acid, herb, gamma-linolenic acid, galactooligosaccharide, citric acid, vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids at the following weight ratios. Cyclodextrins, 85-50%; nucleic acids, 45-1%; herbs, 30-1%, gamma-linolenic acid, 20-1%; galactooligosaccharide, 25-1%, citric acid, 5-0.1%; vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids, 6-0.3%. |
