PURPOSE:To manufacture a cap of resin easily by a method wherein a mold is inserted into a tube, a tip thereof is blocked from an inner side thereof, both of these are inserted into a female mold as a male mold, resin is injected into a cavity between both of the molds and is molded therein. CONSTITUTION:A mold A is inserted into a tube 1, an opening portion 3a of (a) mouth 3 of the tube is blocked from an inner side thereof by the mold A, both of these are inserted into a female mold B as a male mold, resin is injected into a cavity between the male mold and the female mold B and is molded therein. According to this method, a cap 5 of resin may be obtained easily. The mouth portion 3 of the tube is preferable to be tapered so that the opening portion thereof is more slender than a shoulder portion 2 and a retaining portion 4 is provided on an intermediate portion thereof. It is preferable to make an internal portion of the mold A hollow, ventillating holes (a) are provided and inserting and dettaching of the mold A into and out of the tube 1 are facilitated. |
