PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a pass word, or the omission of the change of the pass word. CONSTITUTION:A pass word valid period registering part 2 registers the valid period of the designated pass word in a valid period storage part 7. When it is judged that the valid period registered in the valid period storage part 7 has passed the date when the pass word set for each system user was registered in a pass word storage part 8, a pass word usage validity judgment registering part 3 registers the information of the invalidity of the usage of the pass word in the pass word storage part 8. When the valid period of the pass word passes, a system manager releases the invalid state of the usage of the pertinent pass word in the pass word storage part 8 by using a pass word usage invalidity releasing part 10, and enables the usage of the pass word. The system user performs an access to a system by using the pass word, and changes the pass word in the pass word storage part 8 by a pass word change registering part 5. |
