<p>PURPOSE:To make the resistance value hard to fluctuate by a protective film by a method wherein a protective film, which comes in contact with one of electrodes of a film resistor, is formed on the film resistor formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Two protective films 16, having a small gap 18, are formed on the upper part of a film resistor 14. The protective films 16 are brought into contact with one of electrodes 12 only. When this state is indicated by an equivalent circuit, the protective films 16 arc indicated in such a manner that a resistor R2 and a capacitor C, having very small capacitance, are connected in series. At this time, the capacitance of the capacitor C is very low, and the impedance of the capacitor C is very high. Accordingly, the resistance value of the entire resistor is almost equal to the resistance value R1 of the film resistor 14. As a result, the film resistor is protected by the protective films, and even when the film resistor has a high resistance value, it is not subjected to variation in resistance value by the protective films.</p> |
