PURPOSE:To keep excellent secrecy by deleting secret information stored in a storage means when an enclosure abnormality detection means detects an abnormality of an enclosure. CONSTITUTION:A radio section 9 implements transmission reception and modulation demodulation of a radio signal. A ciphering section 11 implements verification and ciphering communication between a radio terminal equipment and a base station and between the base station and a control station. A wired system MODEM 13 implements the communication between the base station and the control station. A RAM 15 stores a ciphering key required for ciphering and decoding by the ciphering section 11. A switch 17 is closed normally and when an enclosure abnormality detection section 19 detects an abnormality of an enclosure 1, the switch 17 is opened. Thus, when the enclosure abnormality detection section 19 detects an abnormality of the enclosure 1, the switch 17 is opened and power supply to the RAM 15 is stopped, then the ciphering key stored in the RAM 15 is deleted. |
