<p>PURPOSE:To utilize information transfer capability effectively. CONSTITUTION:A cell composing device 7 integrates output data and codes from a sender side TV camera 1, a video coder 2, a microphone 3 and a voice coder 4 or the like into 48 bytes. Then a header provision device 9 adds a destination, a PTI from a PTI generating circuit 8 and an error check code to the data and sends the data to an ATM network 10 as a cell. The receiver side receives the cell from the ATM network 10, a header separator 11 separates the header, the PTI is outputted to a PTI decoding circuit 12 and additional information is reproduced. On the other hand, the data part in 48 bytes is outputted to a cell decomposing device 13, which outputs the video coded data to a video decoder 14 and voice coded data to a voice decoder 16 respectively.</p> |
