PURPOSE:To prevent the data accuracy of monitor information from being deteriorated. CONSTITUTION:OR processing with state data 1 from a transmission reception station is executed at a time interval DELTAt' to generate OR state data 2. In parallel therewith, ExOR processing between OR state data 7 this time and preceding OR state data 3 and the revision of the preceding OR state data 3 by the OR state data 7 this time are executed at a time interval DELTAt. When a change in the state data 1 in the unit of DELTAt is detected by using the ExOR state data 4 while repeating the processing such as clearing of the OR state data at that point of time after the revision, newest state data 5 having been received so far are stored in a memory. When the state data 1 are not sent till the time point of the detection of a succeeding state change, the OR state data 2 cleared at the point of time of detection of a preceding state change are revised by the newest state data 5. |
