<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose a transmission line even when any defect takes place at a start part of a frame and to store lots of diagnostic results even without a large storage area. CONSTITUTION:A reception circuit 10 receives a transmission signal of a transmission line and decodes the signal and data obtained by decoding are fetched sequentially by a diagnostic circuit 11 to diagnose the transmission line. Then the result of diagnosis is stored in a storage circuit 12.</p> |
