PURPOSE:To transmit plural analog signals from the transmission side to the reception side without time lag regardless of the increase of the number of transmission signals and to make an equipment small-sized and light-weight with respect to the multiplex transmission equipment which transmits data between a multiplex transmitter and a multiplex receiver, which are connected through a transmission cable, in the SSMA system. CONSTITUTION:A multiplex transmitter 1 performs spectrum spread (modulation) of data signals D1 to D11 by PN codes corresponding to respective channels and multiplexes spread data signals of all channels and transmits the multiplexed signal to a multiplex receiver 3 through a transmission cable 2 together with a reference signal SS (composite signal DSS) having a single frequency for modulation/demodulation which is used on the transmission side and the reception side in common. The multiplex receiver 3 performs inverse spread (demodulation) with the same PN code in each channel while synchronizing frequencies of PN codes and phases to reproduce the data signals. |
