PURPOSE:To obtain a gate driving circuit for a switch circuit in which the saturation of a high frequency transformer is prevented without increasing the volume of an iron core and the transformer is miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C, at least one 1st diode D1 connected in parallel with the capacitor C and at least one 2nd diode D2 connected in parallel with the capacitor C in an opposite polarity to the 1st diode D1 are inserted between gates 1a, 2a, cathodes 1b, 2b of a gate turn-off thyristors 1, 2 and output windings 3b, 3c of a transformer 3. |
