METHOD FOR PRINTING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of forming a screen plate and to print a printed circuit board without fear of impairing the electric characteristics of the board. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a printed circuit board 1 is coated with liquidlike resist mixed with inorganic ion exchange to provide a circuit protective film 2, and a surface of the film 2 is printed by an ink jet printer. The film 2 can be formed without necessity of the step of screen printing by coating with the resist. It can be printed without necessity of the step of screen printing by the printer. Ions such as charge agent in the ink of the printer printed on the surface of the film 2 are trapped by the exchange mixed in the film 2 to prevent the ions in the ink from acting on the circuit 5 of the board 1.
