PURPOSE:To highly stabilize the quality of each of resinous insulator products by doing injection moulding through the process of cyclically transferring each of metal moulds back to a material injecting station at constant time intervals and at this point adjusting each of the cyclic transfer timings of the metal mould back to the material injecting station to the initial transfer timing thereof to the material injecting station. CONSTITUTION:In a weighing station 18, a mixture consisting of a resin and a filler is weighed and put into a mixing kiln 17 by the quantity thereof sufficient for moulding a resinous insulator product, then the given quantity of a curing agent is added to the mixture and the resulting material is injected into a metal mould 14 within a vacuum chamber 22. The material-injected metal mould 14 is transferred to a heating device (a) by a traverser 27, and then it is held between heating plates 41 over a given period of time so that the material may be cured. Then the metal mould 14 having the material completely cured therein is transferred to a mould releasing/composing station 30 so that the cured material may be released from the metal mould 14, and then a new metal mould is recomposed of metal-mould blocks decomposed from the old metal mould 14 through the release process of the cured material from the old metal mould 14 while the released primary cured material is secondarily cured in a heating furnace 31. The metal mould recomposed of after the release of the primary cured material from the old metal mould 14 is transferred back to the heating device (a) by the traverser 27 when necessary, and then it is held between the heating plates 41 over a given period of time so as to be preheated and subsequently transferred back to the material injecting station 20. |
