METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR MOLDING ORGANIC VISCOUS

A method for producing the organic binder comprises; (a) mixing a corn flour with a small amount of the starch; (b) adding to the mixed cereal flour a solution containing 10-20 wt.% moisture against the total moisture content of the mixed cereal flour; (c) high-rotating the mixed material in a heat compressor of 140-180 deg.C temp. with 60-80 kg/cm2 emitting pressure in order to obtain a bulking particles of alpha phase; (d) drying the bulked particles to contain up to 8 wt.% moisture; and (e) pulverizing the dried particles to produce fine powders of 120-180 mesh. A production of the solution includes dissolving a mixture of stearin acid, polyphosphate soda and baking powder in a distilled water.
