PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic characteristics and bending strength of a magnet and to improve fluidity of powder by containing magnetic powder for specifying anisotropic magnetic field and a resin binder containing specified epoxy resin, polyvinylacetal resin, and carboimide resin. CONSTITUTION:The bond magnet employes magnetic powder exhibiting anisotropic magnetic field stronger than 50kOe, and a resin binder containing an epoxy resin A exhibiting solid state at 25 deg.C, a polyvinylacetal resin re exhibiting solid state at 25 deg.C, and a carboimide resin C exhibiting solid state at 25 deg.C. The resin binder contains 0.2-600 pts.wt. of component B and 40-2000 pts.wt. of component C for 100 pts.wt. of component A, and the resin binder is added by 0.5-5 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. of magnetic powder. This composition provides a magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics and bending strength, improves fluidity of powder, and realizes high productivity with good moldability. |
