PURPOSE:To attain precise demodulation by matching a phase of a 4-phase PSK signal with a phase of a reference signal precisely. CONSTITUTION:A 1st base band signal S5 and a 2nd base band signal S7 obtained through delay detection by mixers 6, 7 are identified respectively by A/D converters 11, 12. The identification data S8, S9 are used and a phase error detection logic circuit 13 applies a prescribed logic arithmetic operation to obtain a deviation of a signal point on a phase plane and a delay tauX of a variable delay circuit 8 is subject to variable control based on the result of the logic arithmetic operation. |
