PURPOSE:To implement an IC part supply apparatus capable of preventing an IC part from jumping out or rising up a transfer section. CONSTITUTION:An IC part supply apparatus comprises a slant transfer section 1 extending downslope toward an IC part transfer direction A, a flat transfer section 2 extending from the lower end of the slant transfer section 1 toward the IC part transfer direction A, and chucking means for grasping an IC part located on the top end of the flat transfer section 2 and holding up the IC part. The flat transfer section 2 comprises a base 5 on the side of the slant transfer section 1, a top section 6 on the top side which is separately installed on the base 5 and can be slid vertically, and a top cylinder 7 for vertically sliding the top section 6. Also, the slant transfer section 1 has a part supply adjusting cylinder 8 for stopping a descent of the IC part. Further, the flat transfer section 2 has a lead terminal forming section for forming a lead terminal of the IC part. |
