PURPOSE:To provide a connector for a flat flexible cable wherein the manufacture can be attained into a thinner type with reliable continuity. CONSTITUTION:A terminal of a flat flexible cable 21 and a contact sheet 32, having a plurality of contacts 37, are piled together, to fit, for instance, a positioning pin 41 to positioning holes 39, 25. In this way, the pin is set up by positioning on a frame 33, to close a cover unit 34, and its end part 42 is engaged with a hook 43 of the frame 33 and fixed. A conductor 23 of the flat flexible cable 21 and a contact part 37b of the contact 37 of the contact sheet 32 are elastically held by warping the cover unit 34 and by a protrusive part 44 and surely brought into contact, to make conduction. |
