PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operation in an operation management system for an event place for collecting and controlling information relating to the operation of the place of meeting where plural places of the events are provided. CONSTITUTION:In the place of the meeting where the plural places of the events 111 to 11L are provided, operation information collecting means 12 for collecting the information to show separately the operating state of the place of the event and transmitting it to a transmission line are provided on the events places 111 to 11L, and an operation control center 15 provided with a data base 13 for controlling the information collected by the operation information collecting means 12 by collecting it through the transmission line and an interface means 14 for interfacing the data base 13 and a radio channel, and portable terminals 161 to 16M which are given separately a unique identification number and are rented to each visitor of the place of the meeting, and make access to the data base 13 through the radio channel based on the identification number are provided. |
