SEAL WITH ID CODE TRANSMITTING FUNCTION AND DEVICE USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a means to inspect strictly whether the issuing person of an electronic slip or a person to authorize or approve the slip printed on paper is the person qualified surely for it or not by making him do simple stamping action or action similar to it by using a seal provided with an ID code transmitting function linked with a computer system. CONSTITUTION:An ID code is inspected when the action similar to the stamping action or the stamping action is done by using the seal 1 incorporated with a small-sized ID code transmitter 2 to transmit the specified ID code in response to a radio wave when the radio wave of specified frequency is received from the outside, and it is collated whether it is registered as the ID code of the right qualified person in the data base of the computer system 4 or not.
