PURPOSE:To pour a specimen under a constant pressure and switch a low- pressure control and a high-pressure control. CONSTITUTION:Three channels, namely a high-voltage channel which is connected from a switching valve 26 to a container 14 via a three-way electromagnetic valve 24 from a high-voltage pressure source 22 which supplies an inactive gas, a low-pressure channel which is connected from a three-way electromagnetic valve 38 to the container 14 via an electromagnetic valve 30, two-stage pressure regulators 32 and 34, and a pressure control part 36 from the pressure source 22, and a middle-pressure channel which is connected from the switching valve 26 to the container 14 via the electromagnetic valve 30, the one-stage pressure regulator 32, and the three-way electromagnetic valve 24 from the pressure control part 36, are provided so that they can be switched. The first-stage pressure regulator 32 reduces high pressure of the pressure source 22 to 1-2kg/cm<2> and the second pressure regulator 34 further reduces it 0.05-0.1kg/cm<2>. A pressure sensor 42 is connected to the container 14 via a switching electromagnetic valve 44 and a feedback mechanism 40 including a CPU 48 to control ON/OFF of the electromagnetic valve for control of the pressure control part 36 is provided to maintain the output of the pressure sensor 42 to be constant. |
