METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING HAUNCH IN BRIDGE AND HAUNCH FORMING PLATE

PURPOSE:To construct a haunch certainly and at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A haunch forming plate 15 is made with a height greater than the spacing between a face plate 2 and a slab 3, and the bottom of this plate 15 is supported rotatably at the edge of the face plate 2 of a bridge girder 1 where the slab 3 is supported at a certain spacing over it. The plate 15 is rotated to ward the slab 3, and thereby the top is contacted with the undersurface of the slab 3. Concrete 14 is placed from a grout opening 6 formed in a position on slab 3 situated over the face plate 2.
