PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product not having the damage caused by the adhesion of foreign matter to a resin plate of a mold at the time of thermoforming and excellent in appearance quality. CONSTITUTION:A double-layer protective film consisting of an inner layer composed of an ultralow density polyethylenic copolymer with a density of 0.95-0.910 and an MI value due to JIS 6760 of 2 or less and an outer layer composed of a polyolefinic resin with a density of 0.92 or more and an MI value of 1.0 or less is applied to the surface of a thermoplastic resin plate composed of polycarbonate and the whole is thermoformed as it is. By this method, the fusion to a mold and the bleed to the plate in the molding process are prevented and the release of the protective film at the time of use is easy.
