PURPOSE: A cable sheath cutting device is provided to easily cut a cable sheath by forming a spiral opening part in a body. CONSTITUTION: A body(200) has an opening part. The opening part is spirally formed. The body is formed in one side of a cable(100). A cutter(300) is formed on the outer side of the body and cuts a cable sheath.
