摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily control a clinker cooler with high stability and good respon siveness by controlling the acting speed of a grate by fuzzy inference based on the time variation of a kiln driving power, the time variation of the pressure in the first air chamber and the deviation from the target pressure value. CONSTITUTION:Plural air chambers are provided below a multistage reciprocating grate to constitute the clinker cooler of a cement producing device. The power to drive a rotary kiln is detected to calculate the time variation. Meanwhile, the pressure in the first air chamber is detected to calculate the deviation between the time variation and the target pressure value. When the detected acting speed of the grate is in the specified range, the controlled variable of the acting speed is calculated by fuzzy inference based on the time variation and deviation. When the acting speed is beyond the range, the controlled variable of grate speed is obtained based on the AI control. The acting speed of the grate is controlled based on the controlled variables.</p>
