PURPOSE:To mold a sandwich molded product of which the main body has proper flexibility as the sandwich molded product and the clip seat is excellent in mechanical strength and clamping force. CONSTITUTION:A sandwich molded product has a main body and a clip seat and the thickness of the skin layer of the clip seat is remarkably smaller than that of the skin layer of the main body. In molding the sandwich molded product, a mold having the first cavity for molding the main body and the second cavity for molding the clip seat and having a movable weir 3 for opening and closing an inflow port 21 in the vicinity of the inflow port 21 of the second cavity is used. When a core layer reaches the vicinity of the inflow port 21, the movable weir 3 is opened to allow the core layer material to flow in the second cavity 20.
