PURPOSE:To enable the observation of the lesion, etc., by the treatment means which is used to make treatment, such as enucleation of the lesion by being inserted into a fine insertion route. CONSTITUTION:A control cable 2 is connected to a gripping pawl 1 in order to open and close the pawl members 10 of this gripping pawl 1 and a pawl operating part is provided successively to this control cable 2. The control cable 2 is constituted of a sheath pipe 20 and an operation cable 21 inserted into this sheath pipe 20. A fiber scope 4 consisting of an image guide 40 and a light guide 42 is inserted into this operation part 21. The treatment means is thus so constituted that the front end of the fiber scope 4 is projected to a prescribed length when the pawl members 10, 10 are expanded and that the front end part of the fiber scope 4 is covered by the pawl members 10, 10 when the pawl members 10, 10 close. |
