PURPOSE:To downsize and simplify a roll paper carrying passage for supplying a roll paper to a paper feed part which has a small floor occupying ratio in a building, reduce the low cost, and minimize a possibility of failure by providing a carrying-out hole in conformation to each wound paper supplying area of the paper feed part of a rotary press. CONSTITUTION:A paper storehouse 1 of three-dimensional storehouse form has a carrying-out hole 1a in conformation to each roll paper supplying area 3 in the paper feed part 2 of a rotary press. A roll paper supply system such a paper storehouse 1 and a roll paper carrying means 4 provided every carrying- out hole 1a between at least the carrying-out hole 1a and the corresponding roll paper supplying area 3. Further, for example, the roll paper carrying means 4 has turning means 4c, 4c' for turning the direction of a carried-out roll paper 9. When the direction of the roll paper 9 placed on a carrying vehicle 4b is not conformed to the paper feed part 2 to which the roll paper 9 is supplied, for example, the direction of the roll paper 9 is changed by 180 deg. together with the carrying vehicle 4b by the turning means 4c.
