PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of filling work by attaching a form placing table to a base stand through a buffer member and placing and fixing a molded product form on the placing table and providing a vibration motor to the placing table to amplify the vibration of the molded product form. CONSTITUTION:Fixing stands 14 are wedded and fixed to the connection point positions of four corner positions of a base stand formed into a surface rectangular shape by I-shape steels 11, 12 and central reinforcing I-shape steel and rubber buffer members 15 are fixed to the upper parts of the fixing stands 14. A form placing table 2 is placed on and attached to the buffer members. A pair of form fixing devices 3 are provided to the placing table 2 and the I-shape steel 41 of the lower part of a concrete molded product form 4 is pressed by the expansion of the hollow bodies 33 of the fixing devices 3 to be fixed. Vibration motors 5 are attached to both ends of the placing table 2 and the vibration of the vibration motors 5 is transmitted to the placing table 2 in an amplified state through the rubber buffer members 15 to vibrate the molded product form 4. Therefore, the vibration of the form 4 is amplified and concrete filling work can be efficiently performed. |
