The structure is of double floating type, comprising two floating floor panels (2, 4) with the lower one (2) of a recovered plastics material and resting on hemispherical balancers/shock absorbers (10) which are anchored in the ground and have bearings (11) on the top. The upper floor panel (4) rests on the lower one by means of a series of supporting rollers (14) of recovered plastics, and reinforced plastics or stainless steel balls (16) which are separated by very small diameter rollers (15, 17) of a hard elastomer, laid in crossing rows. The walls of the structure are also double, with an outer wall (6) joined to the lower floor panel and with an inner wall (8) supported by the upper floor panel. ADVANTAGE - Design simplicity, with improved resistance to earth tremors and slip.
