摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device capable of inexpensively dehydrating a vegetable product with many leaves without necessitating a wide place or manual aid while keeping an excellent sensual quality such as taste and to provide the dehydrated product. CONSTITUTION: This method is composed of plural stages of a dehydration chamber (1) and an adsorption chamber (2) where an article to be dehydrated is placed, the pressure in the chambers is reduced until an air partial pressure inside the dehydration chamber (1) becomes 1-2mbar, the entire pressure inside the dehydration chamber (1) is raised again to 7-200mbar by the introduction of heat transmission gas, a desired pressure is kept, an operation is stopped and the dehydration chamber (1) and the adsorption chamber (2) are returned to an atmospheric pressure. The method is used for farm product food.</p>
