<p>An eccentric forms part of a cylinder on which is fitted the control lever (20) and which is mounted so that it can rotate in a casing (16) forming part of the arm (7), where a second eccentric also forms part of the cylinder acting in conjunction with a pusher (24) interacting with a clamping plate (25) located freely around a stop rod (26) which is guided along the pivoting arm (7) into the casing (16) and into a guide (30) forming part of the arm (7), where one end of the stop rod (26) interacts with a bearing block (31) forming part of the vertical post (5), and where a pressure spring (28) is located between the stop rod (26) and the pressure plate (25), the whole thing being intended to move the tool (10) away slightly and at the same time fix it at a distance from the wheel (4), both in a vertical plane and in a horizontal plane. <IMAGE></p> |
