R1, R2= H or 1-6C alkyl; X= H or OH; W= phenyl, thienyl or pyridyl (all opt. substd. by 1 or 2 of halogen, OH, 1-6C alkyl, amino, mono- and di- (1-6Calkyl)amino, or 1-6C alkoxy); Y= N3, CO, CR6OR5, CR6COR5, CR6COOR5, CR60C0R5, CR5R6, CR6CONR7R8, CR6(CH2)MNR7R8, CR6NR9COOR10, CR6C(OH)R11R11, or a gp. (a); m, n= 0-2; R3= H, 1-6C alkyl, phenyl, pyridyl, phenyl 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C aminoalkyl, mono- or di-(1-6C alkyl)1-6C aminoalkyl, or 1-indamyl, 4-(thio)chromanyl or 1-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthyl) (all three opt. monosubstd. by halogen, 1-6C alkyl, or 1-6C alkoxy), COR4 or SO2R4.
